Shipping
We are currently limited to shipping to the US and Canada only.
We ship FAST
Most orders are shipped out in 1-5 business days once processed. Processing may take 1-3 business days. Personalized items need approximately 5 business days in addition to the processing and shipping time to be prepared.
Return Policy
You can return items purchased within 30 days of receipt of your order. Personalized, edible or personal care items are not returnable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We do not refund shipping costs. No credit is given for lost packages and nonreturnable items returned to us will not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to their account. We strongly advise that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost return packages. Please contact our customer service department by phone or email to receive the RA number needed to return your order. Enter the RA number in the space provided on the return label which is included in your original shipment. Place the label on the original shipping box making sure all items are in their original package and secure within the box. We cannot accept items for return or exchange that are not in resalable condition. After your package has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming credit total. Credit will be issued within 3-5 business days. Please allow time for this to reflect on your bill.
